A chi appartiene? ma certamente a Dio che me l'ha concessa "in commodato con obbligo di rendiconto"!
In effetti, banalizzando, diciamo che è come i beni reali che possediamo in vita; quando si muore pur essendo stati indiscutibilmente tuoi lo Stato pretende la Tassa di Successione il che non fa che configurare per il passato uno status usufruendi e non possedendi ... anche lì sono stati concessi in commodato dallo Stato.
ed adesso ... Dio salvi me!
